1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "helpswin" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at helpswin.vip, including all associated services, games, features, and content.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the helpswin platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on helpswin.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's helpswin Wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PHP" / "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the currency in which all helpswin transactions are denominated.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the helpswin registration process, clicking "I Agree", or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the helpswin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

helpswin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other age-verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of helpswin, you must create a registered account via the helpswin Login page. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not register on behalf of any other person or entity.
• Not use a false identity, pseudonym, or any information that misrepresents your identity.

helpswin reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Account registration and use of helpswin is free of charge. helpswin will never charge a fee solely for the creation or maintenance of a player account.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helpswin Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your helpswin Login password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Notify helpswin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your helpswin account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of account security.

helpswin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your helpswin account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified helpswin of a security breach.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on helpswin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). helpswin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Philippine bank transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit cards issued by Philippine banks

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the helpswin Wallet section of your account. helpswin reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures. helpswin may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only — helpswin does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

Funds deposited into your helpswin account must be used for gaming purposes. helpswin reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where there is evidence of deposits made without genuine gaming activity (i.e., deposit and immediate withdrawal without wagering).

7. Bonuses & Promotions

helpswin may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be subject to geographic, account-status, or game-specific restrictions.
• Each promotion will specify an applicable wagering requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited automatically.
• helpswin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on helpswin are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the helpswin system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed are not binding on helpswin.
• helpswin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds or on markets that were opened in error.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error during a game or betting event, helpswin will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• helpswin's decision on the outcome of any bet or game dispute is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on helpswin and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Opening or operating more than one helpswin account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the helpswin platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the helpswin platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing helpswin staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your helpswin account.

helpswin reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, to forfeit any balance held in such account, and to report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities where appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the helpswin platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of helpswin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the helpswin platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any helpswin content without prior written consent.
• Use the helpswin name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any helpswin content.

Any unauthorised use of helpswin intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helpswin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the helpswin service, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device-related problems that affect your ability to access or use helpswin.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the helpswin platform.

helpswin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your helpswin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit helpswin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Privacy & Data

helpswin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using helpswin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

helpswin may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory authorities in connection with its regulatory obligations. helpswin will handle all such disclosures in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws.

13. Responsible Gaming

helpswin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. All Players are encouraged to:

• Set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their account settings.
• Make use of the helpswin reality-check feature, which provides periodic reminders of time spent gaming.
• Request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion if gaming is causing concern.
• Seek professional support if gambling is negatively affecting their personal, financial, or mental wellbeing.

14. Suspension & Termination

helpswin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• A Player has failed to satisfy identity verification or age-verification requirements.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• helpswin is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC procedures. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

Players may close their helpswin account at any time by contacting helpswin support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

15. Amendments

helpswin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact helpswin support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. helpswin will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

helpswin operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
